Three at a time. A guardian strikes when you clear its colour and charges at the same time; at full charge it acts. Rarity multiplies everything it does.
Guardian names are the real roster recovered from build 1.7.3. Their stats were held server-side and are gone, so the numbers here are authored to fit the systems the client still describes.
